Shopping for Adventure

I like having things that remind me of adventure, like Breitling watches, for instance. I do actually go on adventures, of course! It's just that I can't always be gallivanting off, so I like to have symbols of adventure in the things I use in my normal life. My coffee mugs have images of exotic animals that I've seen in my travels, for instance. My wife also loves adventure, so while she has a beautiful wardrobe of proper dress, you'll often see her wearing the mountaineer's jacket she wore in the mountains of South America because it reminds her of being in the mountains. We love feeling connected to the wild side of life, meaning nature, as much as possible. We don't do things like strap ourselves to a giant tree during a thunderstorm like the magnificent naturalist John Muir did!…but believe me we love the idea! So we like to have things that evoke what it feels like at the ocean, in the desert, in the forest, and, as already mentioned, in the mountains. We do live in the present moment of where we actually are, such at work, of course, it's just nice to feel that connection with what we're passionate about.
